This is what i did in photoshop (file _ save for web _ png-24) it came out ok.
if you save it like that, i could resize it and pop it on.
ah yes png 24.... hmmmm... slight problem tho. i dont have photoshop. I can save to psd and email to you?

PS... remember if you view a gif with internet explorer, the transparency comes up white - check it out. unless, an updated version of IE can handle the transparency
